I had a roast beef sandwich and fries for lunch (beef and potatoes), and a hamburger patty and baked potato for dinner (beef and potato).

Sounds good. For breakfast I had hashbrowns with sour cream and a couple slices of bacon. Then for a snack later I had celery with extra crunchy peanut butter
on it

Yes Traces it was a relaxing day. I am trying to cut back on red meat and am just DROOLING over your menu debs. I KNOW I returned this arts book to the libary and now they say it's due next week. |

I don't know Traces I'd SWEAR I returned that book; it was related to a job project I had which is over now. So WHY would I still have it??. Darn
bookmongers.

I wear a 14K gold Pentacle around my neck, like people wear a Cross, a Star of David, a Buddah, etc. Someone commented on it for the first time yesterday. A
lady asked me what it was and said how pretty she thought it was. That made me happy.

hello friends ...
i spent the night in the ER on thursday !!! the long and the sort of it: i had an attack of emphyzema ... i was standing in my family room trying to get comfortable, and all of a sudden - i just couldn't breathe ... so i started to worry ... told my wife we need to go to the hospital (either that or call 911) our doctor has after hours so we went there - they are the closest ... an EKG showed my heart was 'going crazy' (i forgot the medical term for 'going crazy') ... for a while it was one thing on top of another --- until finally in the ER, i was stabilized - and the old ticker stopped going crazy ... and my lungs were clear (they thought i had fluid in my lungs - but i didn't - so they released me) ... so i'm 'ok' for now ... i was told this WOULD happen again ... i have a rescue inhaler for next time ... and i need to go see my reular doc to see what she says ... it wasn't fun !!! but i'm here for now ... if anyone would have told me that i would have spent the night in the ER because i couldn't breathe - i would have said YOU'RE NUTS !!! good to see y'all again !!!

Puzz you did the exact right thing by going to the hospital. You only would have endangered yourself by trying to tough it out. Glad you're feeling better now- I bet the doc will put you on meds that stabilize you and you may never have another attack. And we NEED you and your wonderful graphics here at NPN. NO ONE but the PUZZ can post those pics!! P.S.- GALS!!!! Puzz is MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ??????????????!!!!!!! When did THAT happen????

thanks for all the well-wishes and kind words ... you make my heart happy ... and to LENSIE --- no, i have stopped "toughing" things out long ago ... i have turned myself into a big baby actually !!! 
but it was pretty scary ... breathing seems to be a pretty important part of conciousness !!! (no - i didn't pass out) i go see my family doc tomorrow to see what new and exciting meds she can put me on now !!!

They are building a new shopping center near us. I wonder what they will have there.
We need a good drug store (where you can get perscriptions filled) and a stationery store where you can make copies. |
