The tank is too small for that bike, but it was the cleanest one I had and its hard to get parts for a 30 year old bike that I'd never heard of,
before now.
Note: we painted the side covers black along w/ the original tank In attempting to coat the inside of the tank, a baffle came off inside it rendering it useless. So, I have black side covers and a faded maroon tank Because its a relatively small bike (400cc) the side cover reads Born To Be Mild Ugly or not, it goes like a greased pig when I want it to |

That bike is soooooooooooooooooooo cool! Yowza.
LOVE IT. (You never heard of a Honda cycle??they been makin' 'em for years.) ENJOY! And to think I bought the first ticket heading south to avoid the explosion of you cleaining the sludge outta the tank. So now, what do I do with my train ticket to Biloxi? |

Yes, Lensy, I've heard of Hondas
Its a CM400 the predecessor the The Honda Nighthawk 450 really nice bike, nice weight, plenty of power, responsive, easy to handle What I'd really like, though, is a Kawasaki LTD 454 About thye same size, but a lower seat height, almost a chopper style bike. |

what year is that bike? I bought myself an '82 1000cc Virago last year (my previous bike was a 500) the extra power is very nice, I must say.

I just got an offer to go for a ride on a bike from a guy I knew 20 years ago! I saw him at the dating site I frequent and he hasn't changed much so I
recognized him.
I loved riding on the back of his bike 20 years ago but I stay off of bikes these days. I would only ride on a trail bike in the woods - not on the streets |
