OK, at least we can rule out some wierd attempt at scamming you - you've actually seen her.

Since it will be a long time before you meet her in person, make sure you don't commit to anything - things could happen to change your or her situation.

And, yes, its a real pic
I talk to her on webcam and on yahoo voice
Like I said, I think too much (damn ADD) and I get ahead of myself
If/when we meet and I bring her back here...
...isn't gonna happen for at least 3 years

Agree to meet at a neutral public location like a restuarant or theater.

Make sure she understands there is nothing guaranteed to happen once you meet.
